We will never pass your details to third parties that we use without your consent. We will contact you on a regular basis to check your details are still correct, up to date and check you are still consenting for L&D Estate Agents to keep your details registered.
We will for contractual and lawful purposes require additional data from you if you decide to market your property with us and/or purchase a property from L&D Estate Agents Ltd. The information we will require is photographic identification, proof of address, proof of funds/deposit and/or mortgage proof (AIP) if purchasing a property. This information is required for us to comply with the law to prevent fraud and money laundering (Anti Money Laundering Regulations 2017).
We only keep your information as long as it is necessary. Some information is required to be stored for five years for HMRC Anti-Money Laundering Regulations. We will destroy your data securely when it is no longer needed.
